Marc Philonenko, Joseph et Aséneth: Introduction, Texte critique, Traduction, et Notes (Studia Post Biblica, Leiden: E. J. Brill, 1968)
Philonenko’s preference for a shorter text receives broad support by Ross Kraemer (see below). This edition features text-critical apparatus and translation into French. Philonenko’s text is the basis for Cook’s English translation.

Burchard’s eclectic, longer text is the basis for his English translation in Charlesworth’s Old Testament Pseudepigrapha (see below). Quite the best place to access Burchard’s text is in the recent Gesammelte Studien listed first here: it is easier to get hold of this and it is in computer format with diacriticals and so on. But note that the text is also available in the following volume.

A middle English version of the story, which survives in a single manuscript, Ellesmere 26.A.13, which was once part of the Bridgewater collection and is now in the Huntington Library. It was probably based on the twelfth century Latin version (see above). This hypertext version is a great resource, with a comprehensive introduction and useful annotations.
